Extensive Plans

STO Design Group’s plans are comprehensive and include waterproofing methods, mechanical, hydraulic and water quality systems, in-grade and elevated basin shell structures using concrete and stainless steel, water effects components, feature lighting, electrical distribution and controls - and all other required components that describe fully operational systems. Our plans are meticulously engineered to provide the highest level of definition that ensures quality installations at the best available price.

Cost estimation for entirely new or major renovations of aquatic amenities are part of our services and we assist clients in bidding, bid evaluation and selection of specialty pool/water feature contractors.

Construction Involvement

During project construction, STO reviews contractor shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs and our technicians conduct site visits to review installation and issue field reports. At completion, STO monitors system startups and testing of all water features, to verify correct operation within the specified parameters.
